Health Preservation corresponding to body constitution
There are many misunderstandings about keeping good health, a lot of people drink “health tonic” and eat “organic diet” blindly unclear about their own physical constitutions, which sometimes even ruin their lives!  In applying TCM Principles to modern living conditions, the proposed new "physical regimen," is divided into nine physical constitutions with specific tonic, diet, emotions, exercises which best suit one’s constitution.

弄清体质 选对养生方法, 中医体质分类与判定
“中医体检”通过中医的望、闻、问、切,对受检者的身体状况作一个综合判断。体检的结果也不是一张张验单,而是一份辨证分型结果,具体确定被检者是属于9 种体质中的哪一种:正常质型、阴虚质型、阳虚质型........、。能够帮你迅速弄清自己的体质,为自己量身定制适合自己的独家养生方法!Health Preservation for different constitution .

 

2.为什么我们需要运动?运动可以增进体能並增強免疫系統活化的作用,且會增加腦內釋放出β腦內啡,可以帮助平衡心緒,可以給你好心情。动出健康快乐来.  Exercise - Stress Busters.  Exercise plays an important role in the prevention and treatment of stress-related disorder.

3.药疗不如食疗,治病不如防病。Therapeutic Food is not medicine. Prevention is better than cure.
